• Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes
• Monitor and analyze Quality Compliance KPI
• Ensure & improve quality implemention by performing audit based on internal & external regulation
• Make QC monthly report
• Arrange and run audit program
• Create on-site audit report and audit questionnaire
• Review and update
• Expert in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF
• Create countermeasure plan and strategy
• Consolidates information from other department & guide other department in quality awareness
• Do all QA / QC activities
• Familiar with QA / QC system method
• Process analysis improvement
• Skill in performing standard QA / QC evaluation procedures and evaluating data using statistical method and analysis
• Handling customer claim
• Communicates with both buyers & suppliers in quality matter
• Provides regular quality report for management review
• Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers
• Have excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skill, discipline, hard working
• Have strong leadership, highly motivated, integrity and multitasking skills

Qualification:

1. Age : 30 - 40 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in any field, with min GPA = 3
3. At Least 5 years of working experiences as QC / QA Asistant Manager (prefer from Automotive company)
4. Good knowledge in computer (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
5. Fluent in English both oral and written. 
6. CV must be writing in English
