1. Ensure & improve quality implemention by performing audit based on internal & external regulation
2. Arrange and run audit program
3. Create on-site audit report and audit questionnaire
4. Review and update
5. Monitor and analyze Quality Compliance KPI
6. Consolidates information from other department & guide other department in quality awareness
7. Measures factory quality performance in regular basis
8. Communicates with both buyers & suppliers in quality matter
9. Provides regular quality report for management review
10. Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers
11. Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes
12. Set up and implement entire quality system; quality objective and quality management
13. Measures the supplier performance for marketing strategy
14. Anticipates the problem since incoming material up to finished garment, including the testing requirement

Qualification:

1. Age maximum = 40 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with min GPA = 3
3. At Least 5 years of working experiences as Quality Control Asst. Manager
4. Expert in ISO 9001, 14001 & IATF
5. Good in leadership and communication skill
6. Fluent in English both oral and written. 
7. CV must be writing in English
