Job Descriptions :

• Design, Develop & Execute Learning & Development programs as per the Organization’s needs.
• Execution of succession & carrier development plans.
• Execute the multi-skill program for the shop floor-level employees (skill matrix)
• Responsible for Onboarding of Staff and Above .
• Execution of high quality Employee relation(ER) activities to maintain healthy LTO & absenteeism in the organization.
• Conduct Recruitments as per company requirements. 

Requirements :

•  Self Driven character with a good personality, target-oriented & creative mind set.
• Overall Knowledge and experience in general HR function.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Psychology/HR relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing/textile industry. (Worked in a Factory environment)
• Experience & Exposure in Training & Development/developing organizational culture will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent negotiation & Leadership skills.
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate.
• Excellent time management skills.
