Job Description:
- Demonstrate discipline, honesty, uphold strong work ethics, and exhibit proficient time management skills
- Hands-on in training, nurturing, sharing, coaching and mentoring the sales team to maximize their potential and strengths.
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets and OKRs as assigned.
- Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Developing strong market intelligence and monitoring competitor activities in trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
- Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in the beauty/personal care industry.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sales Manager (Strong experience in B2B sales is a plus).
- Proven experience in handling both GT & MT as well as managing e-commerce.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Korean is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales achievement.
- Great data analysis skills and proven experience in managing sales report and data.
- Creative, high attention to detail, and a result-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem solver with strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry business.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target.
