Job Description:

  • Hands-on in training, nurturing, sharing, coaching and mentoring the sales team to maximize their potential and strengths.
  • Meeting & exceeding sales targets and OKRs as assigned.
  • Identifying and acquiring new B2B accounts, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
  • Managing e-commerces/social commerces and come up with effective strategy.
  • Developing strong market intelligence and monitoring competitor activities in trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection to successful closure, online and offline.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the beauty/personal care industry, great knowledge in modern Korean culture like Kpop will be a plus.
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sales Manager who have prior experience in managing B2B accounts and e-commerces.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Korean is a plus. We will not proceed with candidates who wish to not speak English in recruitment process.
  • Proven track record in sales achievement.
  • Great data analysis skills and proven experience in managing sales report and data.
  • Creative, high attention to detail, and a result-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem solver with strong communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty industry business.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target.
