Lowongan Account Receivable Staff di PT Laboratorium Solusi Indonesia

Job descriptions:

-         Create Sales Invoice accurately and efficiently

-         Create Invoice tax

-         Able to control Account Receivable details with its Aging

-         Able to communicate with customers in proper manner to settle the AR

-         Monitor and reconcile the payment to the invoices and bank statement

-         Generate AR report and detailing account receivable status on time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in major Finance/Accountancy with IPK minimum 3.00.
• Minimum 3 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Highly proficient in excel (Advance skill in pivot, Vlook up, If/Count if etc).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, aggressive, and work well under pressure.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.

·        Strong problem solving, time management and interpersonal skills, also abilty to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
