Lowongan Finance and Accounting Staff di PT Laboratorium Solusi Indonesia

Job descriptions:

-         Create and input daily journal transactions

-         Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile all accounts to ensure that all transactions are properly posted

-         Provide monthly financial statements on time

-         Understanding of taxes such as PPH 21, 23, PPH Final 4 ayat 2 and others

-         Create invoice and other related documents

-         Checking the detail of AP and AR

-         Communicate and remind customers and suppliers regarding related receivables and related topics

-         Other tasks related to financial statements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in major Finance/Accountancy with IPK minimum 3.00.
• Proficient in English is a must.
• Minimum 2 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Highly proficient in excel (Advance skill in pivot, Vlook up, If/Count if etc).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, aggressive, and work well under pressure.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of payroll process, tax requirements and financial report for stockholders, taxes, and other financial regulatory agencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of management.
