Job Descriptions :

- Handling end-to-end recruitment process such as sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, rest of the process until onboarding.

- Talent sourcing and mapping using various tools and method such as job portal, social media & internal references

- Providing the best insights for Hiring Managers in terms of hiring decision

- Monitoring recruitment progress and preparation of recruitment reports

- Maintain and update new employee data and personal files

- Conduct induction programs for new joiner

Requirements :

- Self Driven character with a good personality, target-oriented & creative mind set.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant professional qualification.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Recruiter in the manufacturing/garment/textile industry. (Worked in a Factory environment)

- Having experience to handle employer branding.

- Understand about assessment tools.

- Excellent negotiation & Leadership skills.

- Fluent in English & Computer Literate.
