Job Descriptions :

1. Perform legal drafting, review company agreements
2. Monitoring legal obligations under agreements
3. Manage and maintain relationship with any third parties and regulators
4. Advise the BoD related to any corporate action
5. To deliver and provide good handling on Company’s legal issues, such as in doing research and preparing Legal Opinion or providing legal advices.
6. Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with their business partners - establish, review, and update internal policies, rule, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters
7. Ensure the company's license and legality are updated and accordance to current regulations
8. Compiling and summarizing Government laws, regulations, and managing Online System Submission (OSS), LKPM, SIINas, etc

Job Requirements :

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor degree, major in Law or equivalent in any field
3. Experience at least 1 years as legal supervisor
4. Computer literate (minimum MS Office, internet, Power Point)
5. Experience, familiar and strong knowledge with guideline operation OSS-RBA
6. Experience in obtaining permits / Company Licensing
7. Excellent knowledge of law and labor regulations
8. Good administration on the legal documents
9. Placement in Karawaci.
