Specific Knowledge / Skills:

• Having experience as Sales/Team Leader at least 1 year
• Understanding about Product Knowledge and Community
• Familiar with FMCG national distribution area (food service)
• Familiar with offline event & community
• Good communication & negotiation skill, creative, hardworking and well organized
• Strong personality, persuasive and also good looking
• Able to achieve selling target, working under pressure and multi-tasking
• easy to adapt and good work as a team

Job Description:

• Build and grab business relationship to potential (new) Customers and community
• Create or collaborate with offline promotor & community to create offline event
• Be project Leader for offline event and sales mobile team
• Communicate the credit platform & term of payment to outlet, and ensure the customer compliance on credit payment in GT & Horeca Channel in order to maintain account
• Educate customer to follow our Term of Payment, recommended price, trade promotion in order to ensure excellent daily sales & marketing execution
• Collaborate with Brand Executive to execute all in - store promotion our products.
• Collaborate with Sales Executive to achieve the monthly target sales.
