• Setting up new plants and machineries installation. Include ensure the activity reach the timeline goal, making assessment report and evaluation of the performances. Preparation and implementation of facility certification.
• oversee production schedules, ensuring operations are at maximum efficiency within budget costs and meeting quality and delivery objectives, inventory control for Raw, Packaging Material & Finish goods.
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Devising, implementing and supervising all department (Warehouse, Engineering, and Production) so that it runs well, effectively and efficiently while meeting standard quality.
• Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance review and disciplinary actions for the direct reports.
• communicating with other departments and external parties to ensure factory operations meet the targets.
• Ensuring ERP system implementation and compliances from all user in the factory. Budget control, report & analysis.
• Willing to be placed & relocated anywhere
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Educational background minimum S1 Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (Production)/ Chemical Engineering / equivalent
• Minimum 2 years plant operation experience in Food Industry (FMCG - retail product) (Minimum Supervisor level), Multinational company preferred.
• Must have experience in setting up new plant (including: Installations & commissioning production equipment)
• Good Interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management, peers, employees and external parties.
• Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams.
• Develop, motivate, coach and guide team members to upgrade their skills and competencies.
• Results driven, analytical, self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to logically identify alternative solutions or approaches to complex problems.
• Experience in implementing Plant Operational System (CPPB, FSSC22, SJH, HACCP & ERP System)
• Knowledge of production processes, raw materials, quality control, cost, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Strong experience in PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
