Requirement :

• Usia < 30 Tahun
• Pendidikan D3/S1 Segala Jurusan
• Fresh graduate, Pengalaman 1-2 Tahun bidang yang sama lebih disukai
• Bisa mengendarai mobil dan motor, serta Memiliki SIM A&C
• Available ASAP

Skill :

• Having experince as Brand Executive/ Promotion at least 2 year (preferable feom FMCG/F&B Category)
• Understanding about trade promotion, brand activation (ATL & BTL ) is a plus
• Familiar with F&B Industry, Brand Awareness & Partnership
• Excellent in data analysis, compiling data into comprehensive report
• Good Communication & negotitaion skill, creative, hardworking and well organized
• Strong personality and problem solver
• Able to work under pressure anda multi tasking
• Easy to adapt and good to work as a team
• Having an active driving licence (SIM A & C)

Job description :

• Able to create trade promotion
• Responsible for administrative promotion document neede
• Annual Marketing Plan (ATL/BPL) to archive brand performance
• Monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives
• Report and analyze brand perfomance, growth, and target
• Coordinate with internal or external parties
• Able to conduct with SCM/LOGISTIC/MAKLON to make sure the supply or delivery time on
• Actively looking for backup plan (new vendor/new menthod) to fulfill the sales target
• Collaborate with sales to execute the marketing plan on site and other administrative
• Responsible to inform the weekly achievement report to SCM/Head Operation
• Develop Brand
• Monitor & understanding real market situation to penetrate our product
• Collaborating with market Research & Consumer Insight to gather the market data
• Handling Brand awareness through in partnership/planogram/POS/Placing ads
• Related Task
• Monthly reporting to head operation (target achievement, stock control, Marketing Plan)
• Able To handle e-commerce will be an advantage
• Having an experince in e-commerce and digital marketing would be an advantage
• Data/good presentation/social media savvy is a plus
