Lowongan PRODUCTION MANAGER di PT Kobe Boga Utama

Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Minimal three years experience as Production Manager in Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Have knowledge about Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, HACCP, GMP, 5R, ISO 9001, ISO 22000.
• Ability to manage a team efficiently and effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
• Plan, Organize production planning & production performance (manpower and machines).
• Managing the implementation of SOPs & Work Instructions in the Production Section.
• Be responsible for production output & product quality.
• Managing and continuous improvement for all production processes.
• Development KPI for all Productions Team.
• Managing and developing team to ensure smooth progress and achieve production’s daily target.
• Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company documents.
