We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Executive - Lean Enterprise. This job role is to coordinate and implement Lean concepts & tools, practices and policies throughout the organization to achieve the business objectives.

Job Descriptions :

• Drive Lean Manufacturing and propagate lean culture across organizations
• Understand the operations, Conduct time study and implement process improve initiatives
• Propose cost-saving and productivity improvement measures.
• Analyse current problem related performance, find root causes, propose the potential solutions, and to lead the execution of new actions.
• Lead and maintain and improve Kaizen & 6S culture across the entire organization.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / relevant professional qualification
• 2 years' experience in manufacturing / textile's industry
• Experience & Exposure in Industrial Engineering/ Analytical Skills through Excel, Power BI will be expected and will be a distinct advantage
• Good communication in English
• Strong inter-personal and excellent time management skills
• Fast learner and good PR skills
