Job Description:

• Demonstrate discipline, honesty, uphold strong work ethics, and exhibit proficient time management skills.
• Work together with the sales team to meet and exceed sales target as assigned.
• Do competitor research to stay up-to-date with market trends and provide insights to the team and management.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle (B2B).
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of our goods.
• Proactively expand list of accounts and responsible to generate sales through B2B channels (offline and online).
• Maintain product listing and pricing.
• Maintain positive relationship with existing accounts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the sales field, particularly in B2B/Key Account field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Korean is a plus.
• Has a wide list of beauty or personal care distributors and resellers, both in GT and MT.
• Creative, strong negotiation skills, and outgoing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great data analysis skills and proven experience in managing sales report and data.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Up to date with the latest issue, trends, and insights.
• Strong knowledge of beauty industry business.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target.
• Willing to do WFO
