Job Description :

• Daily sales order administration and ensure accuracy
• Data verification against the source documents
• Review data for the purpose of preventing anticipated entry errors, missing pages, or missing information, and to resolve discrepancies
• Perform additional duties assigned by the management

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
• Fresh graduates are also invited to apply
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and high accuracy
• Experience & Exposure in data entry Skills through Excel, SAP basic knowledge will be expected and will be a distinct advantage
• Good communication in English
• Excellent time management skills
