MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Regional Travel & Tours Manager is the product owner of all Travel & Tour products offered by Mad Monkey and is responsible for organizing and implementing the policies, procedures, resources, training and quality assurances to ensure their Travel & Tours team delivers their department’s roles and responsibilities within their region to a high standard, with consistency to drive quality earnings on Travel & Tours products. Department responsibilities include;

Travel & Tour Product Ownership
  • Curate the Madventures Travel & Tours product mix per property within their region to maximize quality earnings on Travel & Tour products.

    • Optimize revenue, gross profit and standards on existing Travel & Tour products.

    • Identify and act on opportunities to create and optimize revenue and gross profit on new high quality Travel & Tour products and services.

      • This includes single day, multi day and bundled product packages

  • Strategic set-up of Travel & Tours desks in each property within their region.

    • Optimized to increase sales in alignment with “Madventures” brand standards.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue and Development to establish standards, increase visibility and saleability of Travel & Tour products online to increase sales.

    • Website, MMXP App, Online Travel Agencies.

  • Define Tour schedule within the Weekly Customer Experience Flow Chart (or equivalent) to optimize Tour revenue in alignment with the “Mad Monkey Experience”.

Travel & Tours Operations
  • Ensure all Travel & Tour products have been approved and are operating in line with Tour Approval Requirements and Process.

  • Ensure all Travel & Tour products are operating in line with the “Mad Monkey Experience” standards.

  • Update product price tables and Break-even analyses for all Travel & Tour products.

  • Maintain productive relationships with suppliers.

Travel & Tour Desk Operations
  • Operations of a dedicated Travel & Tours desks in each property for no less than 12 hours per day.

  • Drive sales for Mad Monkey tours, third party tours and travel services to in-house and walk-in guests.

  • Facilitate a performance-oriented, highly motivated team culture.

    • Measure team member’s Key Performance Indicators.

  • Support Guest Experience team to promote and collect payments for nightly events. 

  • Coordinate with the Revenue department to update product listings in the Tour Management System (TMS) in line with brand standards.

  • Implement the TMS as a Single-Source-of-Truth for Travel & Tour reservations.

  • Manage Travel & Tour payments and expenses in line with Finance policy.

  • Resolve logistical and experiential issues as and when they occur, including outside office hours.

  • Drive conversion of honest reviews from satisfied guests.

Persyaratan minimum:
