Asia Pacific Resources International Limited (APRIL) Group is one of the largest, most technologically advanced and efficient makers of pulp and paper products in the world.Our website www.aprilasia.com.Due to expansion to build Petrochemical Plant at Riau Province - Indonesia, APRIL group currently looking for :

PM Chemical Plant(VCM, PVC, Chlor Alkali)

REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering background
EXPERIENCE: Minimal 10 years (specific experience), in Petrochemical Project including in all project phases i.e Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as the same position.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
  • Fluently in Mandarin is a must
  • CA/VCM/PVC/O2) or Chemical Industry manufacturing management-
  • Capability in developing and managing budget, schedule, resources until project completion
  • Able to deal with various vendor (Technical & Management)
  • Ability to communicate in English professionally (written and verbal)
  • Have a thorough understanding of safety risk and mitigation strategies
RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Managing Chemical Plant Area and delivering the Project in all projects phases including conceptual, basic engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning execution on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Establishing critical project objectives and goals for the teams, altogether with Project Head.
  • Develop the project scope and execution plans for project staffing, budgeting, timelines; planning on business readiness and communication strategy
  • Identifying suitable vendors/contractors
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other key team members of the project teams
  • Provide support and input to several aspects of project process including material/equipment, procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, risk management, and overall project management
  • Monitor and prepare reports for Project Manager/BU Head regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan with SQTC.
