Job Purpose:

• To plan, manage and supervise day-to-day and outage maintenance tasks for Electrical in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, and meet all relevant commercial, technical and legal requirements

Responsibility:

• Plan, manage and supervise maintenance activities in accordance to maintenance and safety procedure and by the most cost-efficient means
• Maintain maintenance records
• Solve recurring, outstanding problems and improvement work related to the plant systems or equipment; in order to improve plant performance
• Provide maintenance engineering supports, solutions and execution, in order to improve plant performance
• Develop and review preventive and predictive maintenance task, in order to maintain equipment integrity
• Liaison with other Sections during coordination of maintenance activities
• Manage a team of contractors in maintaining the electrical equipment
• Coordinate Outage Tasks, which include tasks scheduling, manpower arrangement, liaison with contractors and report writing
• Initiate changes and additions to Maintenance HIRA-DC, JSA, SOP, Work Instructions and Work Procedures
• Monitor and optimize spare parts and consumables holdings for the area of responsibility
• Prepare technical specifications for external work supply and reviewing tenders
• Train and develop Maintenance Technicians

Job Requirements:

• S1 Electrical Engineering, graduated from reputable University
• Must have at least 5 to 10 years work experience in Electrical equipment Maintenance, such as Transformer, Switchgear, Generator, etc. Experience in Power Generation are an advantage
• Have sufficient knowledge and practical experience in troubleshooting of electrical equipment, relay setting and recommend solutions
• Have sufficient knowledge of international standards and practices related to maintenance
• Familiar with software CMMS (SAP/Maximo, etc.)
• Have knowledge of maintenance strategy to optimize equipment maintenance tasks
• Good communication skill

• Good communication skill and fluent in English
• Highly motivated self-starter with technical and personal initiative, result oriented
• HSE awareness
• Ability to work effectively and productively within a diverse team
• Enthusiastic and hard worker, attractive personality and good interpersonal skill
• Willing to be stationed in Banten
