Responsibility :

• Carry out project management in terms of developing new products, as well as new business or renewal design / packaging in accordance with product development trends, company policies and objectives with the aim of helping achieve company targets.
• Looking for data & information on the latest developments for new & existing products as well as new business projects with the aim of developing the company's products.
• Conduct market analysis, consumer trends & competitors with the aim of evaluating existing products, developing new products or renewal designs / packaging and analyzing product concepts, product positioning with the aim of knowing clearly the target market.

Requirements:

• Age between 30 - 40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Master Degree Finance / Business Administration / in Pharmacist
• Having a Leadership and Management skills, and Effective communication skills.
• Good communication and creative
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience as Project Development Department Head  in Pharmaceutical / FMCG Company.
