- Should have min S-1 Technical s degree majoring in : Chemical engineering
- Having experience in pulp , paper or power mill min 5 years
- Good communication skill and computer soft skill.
- Fluent in English for both speaking and writing.
- Good attitude and having the right mindset of wanting to improve and continuous learning.
Main Jobs Description :
- Design training program, schedule and implementations to meet the current and planned HR requirement Review existing training methods and technique and its application and establish training goal as required
- Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently , cost effective and it accordance with the organizations policies and standard
- Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees and organization
- Develop, deliver and evaluate training programs and curriculum to align with skill and performance of employees meet with organization requirements
- Liaise with area managers to develop and implement training, development dan succession plans that are consistent with the overall training strategy
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultant and training providers
- Stay current on developments and innovations in training and education in industry sector so the organization training remind relevant
