REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-5 years experience in an agriculture-related field.
• Preferably Manager Level.
• Willing to work hard, integrity, strong leadership skill, and strong communication and analytical skill.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ready to be positioned at other areas.
• Placement at Sumbagut Area (1), Sulawesi Area (1); preferably someone that lived at mentioned area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidate is responsible for the sales growth of PT. Biotis Agrindo products in Sumbagut & Sulawesi. This can be achieved by focusing on several things below :

• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
