REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-5 year experience in product management, product development, strategic marketing, and/or market analysis in an agriculture-related field.
• Preferably Manager Level.
• Willing to work hard, integrity, strong organizational skill, communication and analytical skill.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to travel as required to effectively fulfill position requirements.
• Placement at Jakarta.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidate is responsible to setting up a marketing strategy for company's products. This can be achieved by focusing on several things below :

• Understanding company's product very well, such as product's function and description, product operation, product positioning, and competitive products in the marketplace.
• Provide insight and feedback to the internal team, also thinking strategically and owning the product vision.
• Develop product selling plan based on strong on strong market expertise that gathered from customer and competitive research regarding market possibility, customer need, and market potential.
• Manage product life cycle including market needs, opportunity definition, selling plan, development, and end-of-life.
