Sales Asst. Manager (Drilling)

As a Sales Manager you will take ownership for the sales and commercial effort for new and existing customers. You will be responsible for developing sales culture and upholding sales processes while building urgency and improvement daily.

As a Sales Asst. Manager (Drilling), you will be responsible for:

• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Developing sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
• Creating sales proposals while coordinating with the sales team involving engineering, legal, risks, finance, etc.
• Handling important business unit clients and big or difficult markets

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Have a minimum 10 years working as Sales Drilling .
• Have knowledge and experience with drilling and completion engineering standard principles and techniques
• Demonstrate the ability to lead programs, projects and/or campaigns in a complex matrix environment.
• Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Have established project management skills.
• Have the flexibility and maturity to develop office-based customers as well as rig site customers.
• Have directional drilling or drill bits experience and knowledge..
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.
• Excellent in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.
• Excellent in demonstrating the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, and to build & maintain trust, respect and support others.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication), and computer literacy.
