Job Summary
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales and all activities related to closing a sales opportunity.You should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
Job Description
• Managing and servicing of Key Account, aligned with company objectives
• Achieving quarterly sales targets.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing account to maximize share of wallet
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ needs. This will include pre/ post sales follow up.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Report on the status of accounts including key account analysis, risks and opportunities.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
• Devise and implement specific account management strategies and activities to penetrate new clients/prospects and to increase expansion in assigned client organizations.
• Devise and implement account management activities to build customer satisfaction and long- term customer loyalty.
• Develop long-term high-level relationships with executives in assigned accounts.
• Work with Partners – Delivery and Solution team to manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction on all projects delivered.
• Ensure timely submission of Invoices for existing services render / to-be rendered, and collections of monies dues.
The Successful Applicant
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• Minimum 10 years related work experience in Cloud based solution Industry. Hands-on experience to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Telecoms BSS/OSS software, including eTOM, ™ Forum trends and best practices.
• Experience in working with different teams like Delivery, Finance, Pre-sales, Solutions
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
