Job Summary

The incumbent will oversee efforts designed to nurture and expand current client relationships and establish new ones, with the goal of meeting revenue targets. They may lead a team of account manager/s or sales specialists and supervise lead generation strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

●       Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to establish project management strategies that align with business objectives.

●       Oversee project lifecycle throughout project planning, communication, risk planning, project monitoring and controlling, project closure.

●       Liaise and collaborate with all stakeholders on project execution

●       Work in a dynamic environment and manage deadlines or unexpected changes coming from both internal and external.

●       Provide timely visibility to key stakeholders on the project’s progress.

●       Continuously standardise and improve project management processes.

●       Execute OSS or BSS implementation

●       Manage 3rd party partners and solution providers to achieve successful project delivery.

We think you’ll fit in great with us if you have:

●       2+ years of experience as a sales

●       Rich experience with Jira, Trello or similar tools.

●       Scrum Master and Project Management certification is a plus.

●       A track record of leading cross-functional teams with a diverse array of skill sets and responsibilities with the ability to manage all levels of stakeholders’ expectations.

●       Strong leadership and communication skills, conflict management and tight deadlines.

●       Ability to drive and lead the functional/technical discussion.

●       Ability to manage priorities in a multi-task context.

●       Ability to communicate the project progress/risks/reports to all organisation levels.

●       Prior experience of managing a $2M+ program, and able to develop budget and operating plan and manage the budget P&L for the assigned projects and program.

●       Strong understanding of agile and project management framework, including change management process and strong project planning.

●       Will be required to travel regionally occasionally.
