Job Description

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Troubleshooting experience for hardware, laptop, scanner, and printer.
• Provides Internet support and maintenance (if applicable)
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Consults on specific application issues or hardware/software problems.
• Know and familiar with ISO 27001
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Maintains inventories and manages IT hardware/software.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology (IT) or related disciplines with IT focus
• Minimum work experiences 3-4 years in the same field
• Proficiency in productivity tools (Google suite, email, calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Good presentation skills, both oral and written
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• English communication is required
• Fast learner, proactive, energetic person
