Lowongan LEGAL SUPERVISOR di PT Inamas Sumber Makmur

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of the legality of company establishment and licensing
• Prepare cooperation agreement documents
• Coordination with government
• To negotiate, draft, review and manage all the above issues related legal documents
• To handle disputes potentially arising out of or in connection with the above legal issues;
• Monitoring the validity period of the company's Legal documents.
• Analyze development and implementation of system in corporate legal.
• Analyze, Resolve Company issues,s and Provide for Legal opinion, legal advice, legal drafting for internal/external Companies.
• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law
• Minimum work experiences 3-4 years in the same field
• Have PERADI License
• Proficient in using English and Bahasa Indonesia as working language and obtain good communication skills with colleagues and regulators;
• Good legal knowledge in Indonesian corporate law, contract law, company law, and investment law 
• Good drafting skills, good analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Having background in corporate litigation (Criminal Law & Civil Law)
• Fast learner, proactive, energetic person.
