Job Description:

• Responsible for finance & accounting activities including A/P, A/R, Cash/Bank, end-to-end Accounting & Journal process
• Prepare and supervise financial statements like P&L Account, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance.
• Handling of multiple tasks relating to accounting and administration.
• Monitoring AR overdue balance and ensure no outstanding AR.
• Preparation of Financial report and Tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 15, PPh 4(2), VAT )
• Timely report for monthly, quarterly, yearly reports including e-SPT.
• Processing of VAT refunds.
• Handling of Letter of Credit transactions.
• Working on accounting systems like Tally, Accurate & Zoho.

Required Skills:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting or Equivalent
• Experience minimum 5 years as Accounting and Tax Manager.
• Preferably staff specialized in finance general/cost accounting or equivalent.
• Should have basic speaking & written English knowledge.
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel Programs.
• Should be hardworking, creative with good interpersonal & communication skills and team work.
• Should have worked in coal trading business.
• Should have Brevet A & B certification and good knowledge of TAX regulations.
• Should be able to work with strict time lines.
