Lowongan HSE Compliance Officer di PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identification of regulations related to business process at power plant related to health, work safety and the environment.
2. Create documents and or programs to be able to fulfil the obligations required in the identified regulations
3. Ensure compliance with requirements in SMK3, SMK2 and EMS review and updated in regular basis
4. Assist HSE Compliance Engineer to prepare plan and carry out internal audits to ensure the implementation of programs and or procedures that have been made
5. Assist HSE Compliance Engineer to prepare the internal audit reports including the summary of its follow up actions
6. Prepare the summary external audit of follow up actions
7. Create and manage an effective action plan in response to audit findings and compliance violations
8. Assist the HSE Compliance Engineer in reviewing company policies related to HSE processes
9. Assist HSE Compliance Engineer to determine HSE objectives, targets and programs in line with applicable regulations
10. Together with HSE training team to socialize the new regulations in accordance with the business process

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree Public Health, Occupational Safety & Health, and Environmental Engineering
• More than 2 years relevant experience as HSE Officer in Power Plant
• Preferably good command in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be placed in Batang Regency, Central Java
