Lowongan Sales Manager di PT Catur Global Logistik

Job Descriptions:

• Communicate with c-level stakeholders, providing program feedback and strategic recommendations for additional program strategies, tactics, revisions and implementations based on the growth of logistic transportation industries.
• Develops and promotes strategies to sell solutions to new and/or existing clients utilizing problem/needs based selling techniques.
• Implement sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve target revenue --> build and maintain strong connection with key customers and also multiple stakeholders in order to achieve target revenue.
• Develop and implement an integrated business plan that includes key strategies, tactics, financial objectives, budgets, channel structure, resource deployment, analyze financial and operating performance against plan and take corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, logistics, finance, or related area.
• At least five (5) years experience in management and significant demonstrated experience in any of these fields; business planning, program management, sales B2B, logistics, express transportation and distribution planning.
• Extensive experience in the global/international transportation or logistics industry will be preferable.
• Target oriented and have a strong drive in achieving the target.
• Solid leadership and strong relationship building.
• Good communication, persuasive and firm presentation skills, highly Initiative, Proactive and Hard Working.
• Willing to work at Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
