RESPONSIBLITIES

Implement all efficiency programs by Industrial Direction aligned with SIO intiatives, NEOS/GYM projects and other local lossess & cost reduction , optimization efforts to contribute to savings generation from these programs.
To know as well for ASU plant operation technically and ensure that the Plant is operated in a safe, quality, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the customer requirement and friendly to environment.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, investigation and report according to the plant operation and incidents also supervise appropriate action to operators.
Consistent reporting of Primary Production efficiency program status, losses reduction, KPI monitoring and quantitative generated savings
Analyze daily and monthly KPI efficiency data, trends and recommend solution on deviations
Recommend other efficiency programs and tools applicable according to the entity's group best practice and AL technical operation platform
Process training of Primary Production operation team to increase level of competency to operate an efficient plant (particulary for SIO related projects)
