Lowongan Process Engineer di PT Amcor Flexibles Indonesia

Job Description :

• Supporting team of Printing/ Extrusion Lamination/ Adhesive Lamination processes, converting processes, and other regional process engineering needs including methodical troubleshooting as day to day of operation support, installation of new equipment CI activities, develop formulation of resin and train operator as well.
• Develop and improvise production process documentation to run the productions orders to the agreed upon process specification in the production.
• Reviewing all parameters (process, equipment and performance) to be complied and aligned with principles of engineering, customer requirements and related specifications.
• Collect records and analyze date to improve key performance metrics (i.e Operation rate, yield, etc) to improve machine performance and upgrade machine capability.
• Manage the development of new and innovative products or the value engineering of existing products
• Develop and maintain internal specifications
• Process / Plant support
• To develop engineering solutions of advanced equipment/process control, fault detection and classification, and system integration functions for manufacturing.
• Continuous improvement on direct/indirect material cost down & yield enhancement program.
• Ensure robustness of process control to meet yield & thru-put expectation.
• Report any non-conformance/customer complains issue and develop/follow up the improvement actions.
• Continuously build product and technical knowledge and experience across the business

Job Requirements :

 Knowledge and Experience

• Technically sound with strong hands-on experience in laminating and printing process
• Good problem solving skills and able to determine root cause through analysis.
• Experience/knowledge in handling machine maintenance
• Good communicator and people skills with proven ability to develop teamwork and achieve results
• Ability to train and coach team.
• Fast learner and logical thinking.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Chemical or related Engineering is preferred
• Minimum 8 years experiences in flexible packaging or packaging related industry.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification and/or equivalent experience will be added advantage
