Lowongan Sales Administrator di PT Greatwall International Trading

PT. GREATWALL INTERNATIONAL TRADING is a marine trading company registered in Indonesia with Head Quarter in Shenzhen, China. We focus on the supply chain of marine engine, ship equipment and spare parts from China to Southeast Asia, mainly Indonesia and also Philippines & Vietnam. 

We're looking for Sales Admin!

Responsibilities:

• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Help Sales contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
• Help sales to collect and remain payment to customer.
• Help maintain digital marketing platforms of the Company. 

Requirements:

• Educational background minimum diploma.
• Have previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
• Experience with marine industry is advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
