Lowongan Electrical Instrument Automation (EIA) Manager di PT Bumitangerang Mesindotama

1. Define hazard and risk for EIA related works and ensure the hazard and risk are controlled
2. Ensure maintenance plan for EIA related equipment and parts well defined, available, and well executed to ensure high availability of the machine and achieve high MTBF
3. Ensure CCP and OPRP checklist, verification, and callibration schedule well defined and well executed to ensure zero complain
4. Ensure skill matrix for EIA team well defined, training plan in placed and well executed to enable high MTBF and low MTTR
5. Ensure all critical EIA equipment are legally certified (SLO or SK available) to be in operation
6. Ensure all breakdown root cause are well analysis
7. Able to perform PLCs and HMI program modification to expedite improvement on EIA department
8. Proficient in using instrumentation and electrical tools and perform troubleshooting and calibration to train the technician and assist EIA team on complex problem

Job Requirements:

1. Good Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
2. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
3. Minimum 8 years in electrical related job (transmission, power generation, manufacturing, instrumentation, robotics)
4. Have work experience in food company/FMCG
5. Have EIA, project management, mechanical knowledge
