Provide engineering support for Aseptic line production by coordinating maintenance activities, seek engineering improvements to enhance production performance, and monitor machinery spare parts availability to ensure uninterrupted line operation. She/he will be the first source of contact for all maintenance matters, internally relate to production team, Maintenance team, and externally will relate to spare part vendor.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Communicate metrics for maintenance and reliability activities. Owns and drives improvement around planned and unplanned downtime, breakdowns, MTBF & MTTR metrics.

·      Monitors and helps to modify preventive maintenance program in conjunction with the plant maintenance manager.

·      Meet with each shift daily to review work completed and provide direction and follow up.

·      Maintain Maintenance schedules for machines and ensure adequate coverage in a consistent.

·      Ensure the safety of our people and our products always.

·      Create daily assignments for electrical on each shift the support planned maintenance and loss elimination initiatives.

·      Reviews work orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.

·      Provides resourcing and support to autonomous maintenance activities.

·      Support off shift critical work and emergency repairs where required.

·      Support Planned Maintenance Pillar, System and Tools implementation.

·      Follow up on-going job order request or those which has been completed routinely.

·      Evaluate and identify any machinery & facilities for improvement, then coordinate necessary

improvements actively, in order to accelerate machine performance in supporting line production.

·      Monitor and ensure that spare parts are always available at the workshop, being kept in good condition and is ready to use.

·      Provide guidance, direction, and disciplinary inline with company’s policies to subordinates, to ensure a productive working environment amongst team members to support operational requirements.

·      Manage and set up work rotation schedule for related team members, and ensure their attendance during on-going shift.

·      Ensure team members awareness, understanding, and implementation of safety work standards.

·      Monitor and ensure that all team members are equipped with feasible PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

·      Oversee improvement needs as well to ensure that preventive maintenance schedule does not conflict with the ongoing production schedule to avoid greater loss production.

·      Implementing management systems ISO 9001, ISO 140001, FSSC 22000, OHSAS 18001 Consistently.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering or related major, with minimum 3 years experience (preferable from Aseptic Packaging or Printing Industry)

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc), AutoCAD, PLC, Scada

·      Good english communication
