  1. ·Experienced in handling some projects for Software Implementation minimum 5 (five) years .·
  2. Experienced with software implementation for banking/ financial industry.
  3. Having full project lifecycle experience and also in both managing / negotiating skills.
  4. Able to working under pressure to meet the project timeline
  5. Excellent knowledge of Project Administration and strong documentation, governance and control experience.
  6. Good communication skill and good team work.
  7. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken is a mandatory.
  8. Good leadership and presentation skill.
  9. Experienced as a full-stack developer for some years is a plus point.
  10. Experienced as a Scrum master is a plus point
