Requirement:

1. Having experience from Property / Real Estate industry is a must
2. At least 4 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Have excellent communication and negotiation skill
4. Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
5. Familiar with Bali property market and networks
6. Knowledgeable about property sales and Indonesian law
7. A strong strategic thinker
8. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Economics, or equivalent
9. Fluent in English both oral and written

Job Description:

1. Responsible to manage and lead Sales Department by providing strategic sales plan
2. Establish sales objective for all sales in order to meet sales target
3. Identify targeted customer segmentation based on market research data
4. Collaborate with Marketing Head to prepare and execute promotion activities in all related media to increase product sales
5. Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
6. Plan and do the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
7. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
8. Identify new business opportunities
9. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
