Description

Manage overall HR Operations function including administration of HR-related processes and procedures. This includes tasks such as managing HRIS, processing employee data, Insurance, benefits administration, and payroll processing

Ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of HR-related processes and procedures.

Handle general HR-related matters, such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.

Maintaining employee databases.

Filing documents related to the HR department.

Managing HRIS business process

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly related to payroll and benefits.

Familiarity with HR information systems and databases.

Advanced Excel skills include the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
