1) Facilitate team accountability meetings

• Preparing, organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

2) Reviewing and reporting project’s budget and finance

3) Issue contracts and maintain contract execution tracking log overviews regarding project changes.

4) Responsible on project deliverables

• Project delivery, scheduling & control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Liaise through internal departments.
• Determining project changes, providing administrative support as needed, undertaking project tasks required, and developing project strategies.
• Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentations is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Support project team on training and go-live handover.
• Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database

Qualification :

1. Familiar with Project management tools.
2. Mastering PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Familiarity with SQL database.
4. Proficient in English both verbal and writing
5. Experienced in Solutions Pre-Sales.
