JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Ensure the implementation and compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements
• Prepare the quality manual, and site master file and revise it periodically
• To manage all quality documents and ensure the update documents that are used
• Work closely together with related departments to investigate deviations and follow up the CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action)
• To manage the change control requisition and follow up the CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action)
• Prepare Risk Analysis documents related to product quality or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance
• To make a schedule for self-inspection program and coordination for implementation
• To manage the supplier qualification
• To manage the external audit including 3rd party and warehouses

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum 3 years in Quality Assurance Supervisor role (preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry)
• Understand GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), Quality and regulation for pharmaceutical products
• Work independently and with minimum supervision with high-quality results.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang
