Lowongan Assistant HR GA & Legal Manager di PT Seafood Inspection Laboratory

POSITION SUMMARY

Assistant HR GA & Legal Manager is responsible to assist to maintain all related HR GA & Legal. Assisting HR GA & Legal Manager is leading the team under HR GA & Legal Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, supervise and implement company policies decided by the Board of Directors / Commissioners or Management.
• Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents.
• Understand and supervise KITAP and KITAS for foreign employees
• Understand licensing related to the business field (to notaries, OSS, BKPM, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Health, etc.)
• Manage and implement general regulations related to Labor Law in general and Company Regulations specifically
• Ensure Personnel Administration runs well (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, Report etc).
• Manage and fulfill the requests from management for new employees
• Ensure the HR GA & Legal Department team carries out their duties and responsibilities
• Ensure that every employee carries out their obligations and gets their rights as an employee
• Ensure that each employee carries out their obligations (counseling for any problems for employee) and gets their rights as an employee (BPJS Kesehatan , BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, etc)
• Ensure the accomplished and creation of excellent relationships among departments (internal and external)
• Report HR GA & Legal Department updates to HR GA & Legal Manager
• Manage and supervise the purchase of equipment, supplies and office needs through GA staff

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Education & Experience : Educational background in Bachelor of Law with a minimum of 4 years of work experience.

Experience in relevant area : Human Resources (HR) and Legal. Preferably those who have more experience in legal.

Skill :

• Knowledge of Labor Regulations update
• Speak, write and listen fluently in English
• Management skill : decision maker, problem solving, strong critical, conceptual and analytical thinking
