Requirements  :

1. Max. 35 years old
2. Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major
3. Having experience in the same position at least for 2-3 years (preferable from Manufacturing Company/ Building Material Company)
4. Willing to work mobile
5. Good negotiation skill
6. Good command in English both spoken and written
7. Computer literacy
8. Familiar with modern market business and sales activity
9. Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable

Job Description :

1. Build up relationship with applicators, contractor, and developer to create brand awareness among project market
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
8. Responsible for achieving sales target in the area
