Job Descriptions :

1. Handling all electronics channel
2. Create sales and marketing strategy in the area
3. Implementing sales and marketing strategy to achieve Business Plan Bervin
4. Understand sales process (PO, SO, DO, Distribution)
5. Develop new sales team and increase sales volume and Market share
6. Maintain all existing dealer Bervin and find a new dealer 
7. Good communication and leadership to supervise sales team and sales force in the store
8. Control Budget and AR
9. Coordinate with Logistics, Finance and sales admin for smooth sales process.
10. Target oriented and can work under pressure
11. Can work independent as well as team player.

Requirement :

1. Minimum S1 any discipline
2. Maximum 40 years old
3. Minimum 5 years experience in electronics company
4. Good communication and problem solving skill
5. Target oriented and able to lead a team
6. Have own car and driving license (A&C)
7. Willing to go on business trips
