HRD is responsible for administrative tasks in recruitment, work agreements, orientation, employee attendance, employee database, employee evaluations (KPI), company policies and procedures, payroll process, and arrange training/development programs.
Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Business Administration/Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field.
- Having knowledge and experience of HR administrative tasks such in payroll process and benefits, recruitment, training and development.
- Skills in Communication, Interpersonal, Counseling, Organizational, and Passion in HRD industries.
- Able to work as a team and/or individual.
Job Descriptions:
- Maintain employee records of attendance, time off, and performance.
- Maintain employee database and contracts.
- Evaluate employee evaluations (KPI) and provide constructive feedbacks and consultations.
- Work with users in identifying needed talents.
- Prepare job descriptions, posting ads, shortlist and interview candidates, employment tests, and hiring process include appropriate background check.
- Update and review company policies and procedures, and provide counseling and orientation to all employees.
- Arrange training/seminar/certifications.
- Running payroll process.
- Maintain and report BPJS TK & Health.
- Work with Legal Team in maintaining applied employment, working conditions, and government regulations to ensure legal compliance.
