Requirements :

·      Educational background in accounting, finance, business or related fields

·      Experience in similar positions, preferably F&B industry

·      Required skills: Communication, Analytical and Problem Solving

·      Able to work independently and in a team

·      Must possess high integrity, professionalism and attention to detail

·      Competent in Microsoft office softwares including excel and word

Job Description:

·      Able to monitor & effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost to be within specified targets without sacrificing quality and availability of stock 

·      Monitor and regularly check inventory in terms of wastage, pilferage, efficiency & accuracy

·      Compile & analyze COGS reports as well as verification of supporting documents

·      Compile & analyze data on spending and material inventory for each outlet.

·      Perform forecasting and costing on material needs for new menus and others.

·      Maintain and regularly update costing database in line with any changes in supplier pricing

·      Alert management when supplier pricing causes an increase in COGS on existing menus

·      Supervise the inflow and outflow of goods

·      Work with the purchasing department to obtain information related to purchasing activities, the price of goods, to the receipt of goods.

·      Coordinate with restaurant management, finance, purchasing to resolve any outstanding issues & tasks

·      Any other tasks as and when required by management
