Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Effectively negotiate for an optimal cost in accordance to company requirements
• Perform supplier management, evaluate new and existing supplier regularly
• Responsible for all purchasing matters
• Monitoring stock level
• Making reports on all purchasing activity

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degree in business, management, and/or communication majors are preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as buyer / purchasing supervisor in IT Field
• Having basic knowledge about IT products and its peripherals 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to make decisions in a fast-paced working environment
• Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Familiar with SAP System is an added value
