• Develop marketing strategies office leasing to achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Leading the sales team by providing briefings, training and guidance.
• Evaluate the performance of each member of the sales team and follow up on work results.
• Provide direction for farming and canvasing by planning and mapping.
• Provide suggestions for exhibition locations and be responsible for the outcome of the activity.
• Create Weekly & Monthly Team Marketing schedules/activities.
• Make reports according to company standards.
• Conduct regular presentations / meetings with Management.

Qualifications:

• Maximum 45 years.
• Last education minimum S1 Marketing Management, Communication Studies or appropriate.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager or Business Development in office leasing, property/real estate sector.
• Have good ability in English.
• Familiar in developing marketing strategies especially office leasing and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Have experience in recruiting and leading an inhouse sales team.
• Able to carry out roles and functions as a Sales & Marketing Manager in order to achieve predetermined sales targets.
• Has a large consumer database.
• Have good interpersonal skills, strong in leading a team (Leadership), communicative & negotiating.
• Have strong market and business analysis skills.
• Have performance achievements in the field of property sales & marketing.
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.
