Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible on various machine installation job
2. Coordinate with the team in the head office to seek instruction, advice and establish report
3. Coordinate with vendor to enlarge team capability and resources
4. Assisting sales team for site survey, customer meeting and release BOQ
5. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
6. Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health, and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
7. Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
8. Identifying and participating in sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Willing to travel and stay for certain days
• Hard worker and eager to learn.
• Experience with the remote working will be preferred
• Experience handling PLC programming will be preferred
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. Able to work productively in remote area.
• Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
