Qualifications :

• Minimum education S1 Psychology or Management or Law

• Minimum 1 year experience as HR Generalist

• Experienced in handling Operational HR&GA, HR&GA Comben and HR System.

• Mastering Payroll Calculations and their supporting components (BPJS, PPH 21, Absences, Overtime and others).

• Have good computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Windows Office, and Payroll System (HRIS).

• Understand HR & government regulations related to labor law.

• Have the ability to Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Detail Oriented.

• Able to work under pressure

• Placement in Pejaten, South Jakarta.
